A TCA Clown Alley is a local group or gathering of 5 or more clowns that meet the qualifications listed in the TCA By-Laws (available below) and are members of TCA . Alleys meet regularly and meetings generally contain a business meeting led by elected officers, educational programs or training and times to socialize.
